You may register in person at the Leisure Services Department Office at 330 Park Avenue, during regular office hours or mail your registration form with payment to the Leisure Services Department 330 Park Avenue, Bloomfield CT 06002. Program registrations will not be accepted without payment and completed registration form.
When to register
Bloomfield residents may register for programs. It is recommended that individuals register as soon as possible as space is limited. Non-resident adults may register for instructional classes for an additional fee. Non-residents may also register for the municipal pool during the summer season at nonresident rates. All other programs are for the exclusive enjoyment of Bloomfield residents.

In order to insure registration for programs, your registration must be received by the Leisure Services Office one week prior to the first class of the program you want to attend. Registrations may be made in person at the Leisure Services Office Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
REGISTER EARLY! Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis and class sizes are limited. Fill out the form below to register for programs. Notification: You will be notified and your check returned if the class you requested is full. Your name will be placed on a waiting list. Classes will be canceled if registration is insufficient.
Fee Payment: Check or money order. No cash should be sent through the mail. Cash will be accepted for walk-in registrations. Make checks payable to the Bloomfield Leisure Services Department. All transactions equaling or over $75 received June 1st through August 31st must be by cash or money order. A transaction is all programs and activities being purchased at that time.

Registration Forms: Fill out the registration form to apply for Youth Center Membership and to register for programs. Additional forms are available at the Leisure Services Office or use a plain piece of paper to duplicate the information.
Residency: All Youth Programs are for residents only. Non-residents may attend adult classes as indicated at an additional fee. Proof of residency requirements
Refund Policy: Refunds for programs will be given only if a recreational opportunity is canceled due to lack of registration or a department opportunity schedule change is made. Refunds for recreational opportunities will be given for proven medical reasons. However, refunds must be requested before the first opportunity period and must be put in writing. Once an opportunity begins, no refunds will be given. It is therefore, requested that careful consideration be given prior to registering for a recreational opportunity offered by the Bloomfield Leisure Services Department. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged an additional $25.
